Ordering Via Internet
This is a SECURE ONLINE STORE using the latest encryption technology. You
can buy with confidence. If you prefer, you may E-mail your order. We will
call you back to verify your order and obtain your credit card details.
Shipping & Handling
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days of clearance of credit
card. Your jewelry item will then arrive within 2-9 business days (depending on
method of shipment) and will
require a signature upon delivery. All purchases are sent to you via FedEx, registered
or insured post, unless notified otherwise. If items are not available, you
will be notified immediately. Terms are pre-paid by credit card, money order, Paypal, bank cheques or personal cheques only. Please note orders paid by
personal cheques will be shipped within 38 days to allow for clearance.
Shipping Costs
All Purchases 80.00us and under will be sent via registered and
insured post. The cost of which is
13.95US dollars. This is automatically added to your
bill using our automated shopping cart.

and above will be sent via FEDEX and will incur a cost of 19.95US dollars.

PayPal - You will need to add
13.95US to your purchase.
If you would prefer a faster delivery for your purchase under 80.00us
this can be arranged through FEDEX couriers. The cost here will be
an additional US 11 dollars. You merely need to notify
us that this is your preferred option and authorise the extra cost. This service
takes 3-4 working days.
Condition: we will not send any
orders via fedex that are under 35us

For exchanges 80.00us
and above the cost will be 24.95US dollars. This will mean that
the parcel will be sent via FEDEX. This is manually debited
from your credit card.
PayPal - You will be forwarded a Paypal invoice for 14.95US
to cover your postage and handling fees for exchanges 80.00us
and under.
Exchanges for 80.00us
and over you will be sent an invoice for 24.95US.

issued (less admin and postage charges). Exchange or Returns do not apply on
worn, altered, custom or engraved jewelry. Simply return the item within 30 days
of invoice date in its original condition for your refund less admin, shipping
and handling costs.

Returning a Purchase

On all return parcels please state -
RETURN/UNDER WARRANTY.
Track and insure the return shipment: Anixi Enterprises is not
responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
It is not necessary to include receipt, however, please include name and
phone number.
All Pieces are to be returned well wrapped and in saleable condition. Should
this not be followed. A polishing fee of 20US per piece will be
charged.
Crediting Your Returns
Upon receipt, all returns will be processed within 14 working days. Any
refunds due will be disbursed in the manner in which they were received,
less return charges
